The first day of our annual training camp. We started with energy, discipline, and strong team spirit 🥋🔥
The second day of our training camp began calmly but productively — a morning swim in the pool helped restore energy, clear the mind, and prepare for a busy day.
Then came two intense training sessions where everyone worked on technique, endurance, and focus. It wasn’t easy, but it’s exactly through moments like these that true fighting spirit is built.
The day was dynamic, focused, and full of team spirit — another step toward new results 💥🥋
The third day of our camp began with preparations for the main event — the fights. In the morning, we worked together as a team to set up the hall: laying tatami mats, arranging trophies, and hanging banners. In the evening came the most exciting part — kumite matches with our friends from the Hermes club. Real emotions, fighting spirit, and mutual respect — everything we train for.
This day became a perfect ending to the camp — full of energy and shared effort.
The fourth day of our training camp became decisive — the final training session before the grading. The atmosphere was highly focused: every movement, every detail was another step toward an important challenge.
Everyone listened carefully to the sensei’s guidance — every word mattered, every piece of advice could be decisive. Ahead is the grading. Time to show everything we have been working on. Osu!
